I turn my shoulder
As I hide & cry

As the night grows colder
I head for home
Hear them as I walk away
Following me like a ghost
They move closer and closer
Their presence sensed in the air
Scared off by a dream
I wake up, there's nothing there

I get up only to find
A dark shadow watching ,e
Was it really a dream Everyday and everynight

Scared to death
Don't know what's become of me
Can't seem to run or hide
From these monsters that I see
I'm running around hysterical
Can't escape the thoughts inside
Is this real? Is this a dream?
Again I sit and wonder why
