He flew away a cold winterday, to unknown land. Left his lover behind but in recent time he's asked for her hand. He will go to a place where the wind is cold, where no one gets old. She could just wait, in peace have faith, there's still hope that he'll return when the country is served, but how will she cope? She refuses to see the pictures she's been shown, it gets to close and she doesn't really want to know, cause this nightmare follows her everywhere she goes. Something went wrong, he's singing their song, fighting for God. The war will end, he couldn't defend the waste of his own blood. He remember the first time he heard her sing.
