Sometimes i wonder what this life will try and make of me, or am I type to fight and make this life all that i want it to be. I know i've learned from example not to be what i was born to be; like the man who walked out on us, this father, whom i never see. I know i want to make a difference but i can't change, how do i leave and start over again, find a new place. I suppose i could turn around tonight to lead another life, just drive away; but the problems i face here will follow me, in this game of chase. Well i can't take this anymore. No, I'm gonna live my life one day at a time, no regrets for things that i've done before. I apologize now for the things that i have yet to say, i can't forgive myself for what i've done or the reason why you ran away. And how the times flown by so fast i never like to recall how i let you down, broke promises, my anger, it was our fall And though i've tried so hard to free my mind from blame, how do i forgive these thoughts of life, that i've lead in shame. If i could just fight away the time from my mind and let my head escape, to find a way to let go, lord free me... from this fucking cage Well i can't take this anymore..... I'm gonna live my life one day at a time with no regrets for these things i've done before..... lead I'm not living my life just to be an example why; nothing ever works out if you never try, you think that i'm only.... another live and let die, another masqarade of constant pain but tomorrow is never gonna let you change if you think that this has been all for nothing.... Though i'm never gonna be; and now I'm never gonna be only... just another name I can change the fates of time and leave the past behind, so that i'll never be only; just another name. now i'll never be only; just another name now i'll never be lonely
