Nailing Down The Wind Paroles

I've been trying to hold on,
sweet and sound emotions
are all rolled into one.
Where or will i find you
my eyes have been blinded
I am nothing without you Lord,
of this I get constant reminders,
and I can trust nor depend upon
my own understanding,
try to live out this life of fate
can be so demaning.
And friends they keep on telling me
'what's the use in believing ?',
but how do I explain to them
it's the heart that's deceiving ?
We learn to crawl before we walk,
we learn to sound it out before we speak,
fools if we believe in any other god we might see,
we learn to hide our feelings strong,
the broken barricades that lie within, where do all the answers lie
to these questions invading my mind ?
