Paroles de Bilgabeasts

It was six months before the year two thousand and six
had to leave my planet, signs read ”overcrowded in Blitz”
This Journey they’d say, would somehow enrich
fix this slouchin' kid, just one of the many loud proud misfits,
who would bum around town for kicks, on the ?gearagable? ship,
I sat next to a chatty woman, Frau Lynn Ritz
two week trek , felt great as I stepped off, ground shrouded in mist
anxiousness and fear swept over me, kissed by the cloud’s fist
Days became months, months turned years in the land of the ?bilgabeasts?
rearrange my gears, inability to process milk n’ wheat
I witnessed peers relationships wilt n’ cease
practiced mental fitness battling through frontiers of skilled thieves
some kept weary open eyes while others ceased to build beliefs
Though streets were relatively calm they were clearly still policed
Fierce warriors chose Harakiri or suffered ill-defeat
It was here I learned sometimes you have to climb a hill, to feast

an ancient tauren druid helped release the inner owl in me
wingspan grew in this the ?Nebulan? Galaxy
an era of trial and error helped shape reality
not in this system or Blitz however, was the Gal for me

As I walk a boulevard of broken screens
I hear the whispers of the lost children's hopes and dreams
Pain, coupled with anger suffocating choked esteem
outward boasts masked inner screams of toasted fiends could hear the piercing screech of spaghetti and white hawks distant roars
made the same mistakes as the armies of Britain lords
ancient symbols defaced the temples with blatant insults
didn't expect resistance thought it'd be basic, simple
That war continued as did so many others
nightmares that make you hide under your Winnie covers
made soldiers outta ?old nerds? like Wendy's brother
the boss told her draw a white line and never cross over
distracted with a chest of gold and carriages
everything majestical, suffering within the home apparentless
Most didn't even approach the line
but those that did, could see the cage that they were all trapped in
could see the cage that they were all trapped in
